Your products are EMBROIDERED in-house? How?
All of our designs are illustrated in Procreate and digitized in Wilcom Hatch embroidery software. For all of our apparel, we use several different machines. All of them can be seen on our Team page! If you're looking to purchase your own embroidery machine, try contacting your local sewing machine store and searching on Craigslist/Facebook marketplace!
How do I know when things restock?
I’d highly recommend adding your email address to the mailing list on the front page of the SHOP site! You can also sign up for an account and opt-in for the emails. I try my very best to send out newsletters, for at least our larger restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We have shipped to dozens of countries without any issues. International shipping can vary due to weight but generally starts at around $13.50 USD. Canada is cheaper, around $9.50, and Australia is higher, around $16.50. Occasionally, international shipping can be as high as $22-$26 for heavier weights. We only charge what USPS charges for the shipping labels, there are no hidden or additional handling costs.
Please note that we are NOT responsible for any customs or import fees that may occur when ordering internationally. We have decided to still ship to the UK after Brexit was finalized in January 2021, but we are still in the process of figuring out the taxes for UK customers. If you do not pay your customs fees, your order will be returned to us and you will not get back your shipping fees.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship out orders nearly every day of the week. All orders come with tracking, except single sticker orders which are shipped in a stamped kraft envelope. Made-to-order patch and baseball cap orders may take up to 4 weeks. Berets and other large restock day orders may take UP TO 12 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT. Everything is made to order!
Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 3-5 business days within the US. International orders may vary up to 4 weeks, depending on customs. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any delivery issues with USPS, and I cannot control your customs charges when ordering internationally! Also be aware that USPS is currently facing many hardships, such as scanning machines being removed, underfunding, and hours restrictions. Orders may take longer than usual.
If your order seems to be delayed, please help us out by being patient! I promise we have NOT forgotten about your order. In all of the 13,000+ orders we have fulfilled, none of them have been forgotten about or lost. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number before you know it!
How do I take care of my item?
As a general rule, articles of clothing with a print or embroidery should be washed inside out in cold water, then tumble dried on low heat. If you want to be extra careful, hand wash in cold water and hang dry! If your embroidered shirt comes out with some pulling/wrinkles, feel free to iron it. Knit items like blankets and cardigans should also be washed in cold water and dried on low. We only use cotton yarns, so shrinking may occur if you dry on high.
